NEET Qualification: Every candidate must qualify NEET-UG 2025. No MBBS admission is possible without a valid NEET score, even for management quota seats. For 2025, the expected qualifying percentile for the General category is the 50th percentile (translating to a score range of 720-155), for OBC/SC/ST categories it's the 40th percentile (154-125), and for PwD categories it's the 45th percentile (154-135 for General PwD) or 40th percentile (135-125 for SC/ST/OBC PwD).
Academic Requirements: You must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
Age: Minimum 17 years by December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit as per the latest NMC guidelines.
Register for Counselling: Even for management quota, you must register for Karnataka NEET UG counselling conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Direct admission without participating in state counselling is not permitted.
Document Verification: Submit required documents including NEET scorecard, mark sheets (10th and 12th), transfer certificate, migration certificate, community and income certificates (if applicable), Aadhar card, and passport-size photographs.
Seat Allotment: Management quota seats are filled based on NEET eligibility and availability. These seats are limited and filled quickly, so early application is recommended.
Fee Payment: Once allotted, pay the required management quota fee to confirm your seat.
